Please be advised that Korean Customs has submitted an official claim to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) regarding cargo hand-carried or imported by participants with incomplete documentation.

To ensure smooth entry and on-site operations, all teams are strongly advised to process customs clearance and on-site logistics exclusively through the designated Official Logistics Provider.

⚠️ Should any customs-related issues arise from the use of non-official channels, the LOC will not be held responsible. Full liability rests with the party that has not utilized the official logistics provider.

Please refer to the attached document for full details, including potential consequences of non-compliance, applicable customs fees, duties, and on-site handling responsibilities.
