게르하르트 K. 크레츠슈마어 교수(2019년 7월 24일 별세)는 1997년 로보컵 시작 초기부터 참여하여 로보컵 연맹의 발전에 크게 기여했습니다(2004년부터 이사, 2008년부터 2016년까지 부회장). 그는 여러 리그의 조직에 참여하였으며, 특히 로보컵주니어, 로보컵@홈, 로보컵@워크에 중요한 기여를 했습니다. 또한 그는 독일 라이프치히에서 개최된 2016년 로보컵 대회의 조직위원장을 맡았습니다.

이들의 로보컵에 대한 뛰어난 공헌을 기리고 그들의 업적을 기념하기 위해, 로보컵 연맹은 2014년에 “실비아 코라데스키 로보컵 상”(https://www.robocup.org/silvia_coradeschi)을 제정하였으며, 이는 우수한 연구 성과를 보인 젊은 여성 로보컵 학생 또는 박사후 연구자를 대상으로 합니다. 또한 2021년에는 “게르하르트 크레츠슈마어 로보컵 공로상”(https://www.robocup.org/gkk_award)을 제정하여, 로보컵 각 리그에서 탁월한 리더십, 봉사, 헌신을 통해 로보컵에 기여한 개인의 공로를 기리고 있습니다.

로보컵 2026에서 발표될 수상자는 다음을 받게 됩니다.

• 상장
• 미화 1,000달러의 상금

“실비아 코라데스키 상” 후보 추천

“실비아 코라데스키 상”의 지원 대상자는 최근 3년 이내에 학위를 취득하고 로보컵 2026에 등록할 예정인 여성 대학원생 및 박사후 연구자입니다.

평가 기준은 다음 두 가지입니다.

1. 예를 들어, 심사된 학술 논문 등으로 입증되는 우수한 연구 성과

2. 팀 내 또는 로보컵 전체 커뮤니티에서의 리더십

여성 학생 또는 박사후 연구자를 “실비아 코라데스키 상” 후보로 추천하려면, 해당 후보자의 지도교수가 2026년 5월 15일까지 추천서 제출 양식(https://forms.gle/xe8VqF14FpaPgg1HA)을 작성해야 합니다. 제출에는 다음이 포함되어야 합니다.

• 두 가지 평가 기준을 모두 반영한 추천서 1부
• 후보자의 소속 팀과 관련이 없는 로보컵 커뮤니티 구성원의 추가 추천서 1부를 권장(필수 아님)

추천서는 후보자를 추천하는 지도교수가 양식에 업로드해야 합니다.

“게르하르트 크레츠슈마어 로보컵 공로상” 후보 추천

“게르하르트 크레츠슈마어 로보컵 공로상”의 지원 대상자는 하나 이상의 로보컵 리그에서 뛰어난 봉사 활동 실적을 가진 로보컵 구성원으로, 기술위원회, 조직위원회, 집행위원회, 이사회 등의 역할을 포함합니다.

로보컵 구성원을 “게르하르트 크레츠슈마어 로보컵 공로상” 후보로 추천하려면, 추천자가 2026년 5월 15일까지 추천서 제출 양식(https://forms.gle/xe8VqF14FpaPgg1HA)을 작성해야 합니다. 추천에는 다음이 포함되어야 합니다.

• 로보컵에 대한 봉사 및 기여, 즉 다양성, 기여의 질, 활동 기간 등을 포함하여 해당 개인의 영향력을 설명하는 추천서 1부
• 추천을 뒷받침하기 위한 로보컵 커뮤니티 구성원의 추가 추천서 1~2부

추천자는 모든 추천서를 양식에 업로드해야 합니다.

Prof. Gerhard K. Kraetzschmar (d. July 24, 2019) joined RoboCup since its beginning in 1997 and significantly contributed to the development of the RoboCup Federation (Trustee since 2004, Vice-President from 2008 to 2016). He was involved in the organization of many of the leagues, with major contributions to RoboCupJunior, RoboCup@Home, and RoboCup@Work. He was the General Chair of RoboCup 2016 in Leipzig, Germany.

To honor their extraordinary contributions to RoboCup and to honor their memories, the RoboCup Federation created “The Silvia Coradeschi RoboCup Award” in 2014 (https://www.robocup.org/silvia_coradeschi), for a young female RoboCup student or post-doctoral researcher, with distinguishing research and the “The Gerhard Kraetzschmar RoboCup Distinguished Service Award” in 2021 (https://www.robocup.org/gkk_award), to recognize the outstanding contributions of an individual for his/her exceptional leadership, service, and dedication that benefit RoboCup in any of its leagues.

We are now calling for candidates for the 2026 Awards.

The award recipients, to be named at RoboCup 2026 will receive:

• a certificate
• a US$1,000 honorarium

Nominations for the “Silvia Coradeschi Award”:

Eligible candidates for the “Silvia Coradeschi Award” are female graduate students and post-doctoral researchers who received their degree within the past 3 years and will register for RoboCup 2026.

The two criteria are:

1. Distinguishing research as evidenced by, for example, refereed public ations.
2. RoboCup leadership, either within a team and/or in the broad RoboCup community.

To nominate a female student or post-doctoral researcher for the “Silvia Coradeschi Award”, the individual's professor should fill out the nomination form (https://forms.gle/xe8VqF14FpaPgg1HA) by May 15, 2026. The submission should include:

• A letter of recommendation that addresses both criteria.
• An additional letter of recommendation from a RoboCup community member not affiliated with the nominee’s team is recommended (but not required) to support the nomination.

Nominations for the “Gerhard Kraetzschmar RoboCup Distinguished Service Award”:

Eligible candidates for the “Gerhard Kraetzschmar RoboCup Distinguished Service Award” are RoboCup members with an outstanding record of service in one or more of the RoboCup Leagues, including as Technical and Organizing Committees, Executive Committee, and/or Board of Trustees. To nominate a RoboCup member for the “Gerhard Kraetzschmar RoboCup Distinguished Service Award”, a person nominating a candidate should fill out the nomination form (https://forms.gle/xe8VqF14FpaPgg1HA) by May 15, 2026. The nomination must include

• a letter of recommendation that addresses the individual’s impact on service and contributions to RoboCup, including diversity, quality, and length of the work done for RoboCup.
• One or two additional letter(s) of recommendation from RoboCup community members to support the nomination.
