Welcome to RoboCup 2026! To ensure your visit to Incheon is as smooth as possible, we have gathered essential information regarding the venue, travel, and local stay.
Venue
Songdo Convensia 123, Central-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea.
Songdo Convensia is a world-class convention center located in the heart of Korea’s first “Smart City.” It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and is within walking distance of numerous hotels and attractions.
Travel & Transportation
Arriving by Air
Incheon International Airport (ICN): The primary gateway to Korea. Songdo is located approximately 30 km from the airport.
Airport Limousine Bus: Frequent buses connect the airport to major hotels in Songdo (Approx. 30-40 minutes).
Taxi: Taxis are available 24/7 at the arrival terminals. The fare is approximately ₩30,000 – ₩45,000 (including bridge tolls).
Local Transportation
Subway: Incheon Subway Line 1 (Incheon National University Station) is within walking distance of the venue.
Bus & Taxi: Songdo has an efficient public bus system. Taxis can be hailed on the street or via apps like ‘Kakao T’.
Visa & Entry Requirements
K-ETA: Visitors from visa-waiver countries must apply for a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) at least 72 hours before departure.
Formal Visa: If you require a formal visa, please check with the nearest Republic of Korea Embassy.
Invitation Letters: Information regarding official invitation letters for visa purposes will be provided on this page after paper acceptance and registration.
Accommodation
Songdo offers a wide range of accommodation options from luxury 5-star hotels to budget-friendly options, all located near the venue.
Recommended Hotels: Oakwood Premier Incheon, Sheraton Grand Incheon, Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo, and Central Park Hotel.

Currency: South Korean Won (KRW, ₩).
Credit Cards: Widely accepted in almost all shops, restaurants, and taxis.
Electricity: 220V, 60Hz. Plug types C and F (two round pins) are used.
